Our customer service team is on hand Monday to Saturday 9.30am until 5.30pm. In the event that there is no one available to take your call please leave a message on our answer machine and we will return your call as soon as possible. Alternatively you can email us at info@thecookingshop.com and we will try to respond to your email as soon as possible.
Please note that the office is not always open on bank holidays. 

Our customer service team should be able to answer any queries you may have either with a product or an existing order, however there may be occasions when you prefer to speak to someone in charge of the business, such as in the event of a complaint.  In these circumstances please email MD@thecookingshop.com and our Managing Director will respond to your Email.

We also recognise that some of our customers prefer to visit our stores and deal with the team there.  By clicking the stores button on the right hand menu you can locate your nearest store and download a map for directions.  We apologise for the fact that our stores are currently only in Oxfordshire, however keep supporting us and we will expand elsewhere!
