We try to make our site as safe and easy as possible to use for everyone however we do know that it can be complex for some so we are here to help if you get stuck.  Firstly we have categorised all our products into sections which we hope are comprehensive.  For example if you want to buy a new carving knife you would select the knives and board section then the carving knife sub section.  However there are occasions when you just can't find what you want, so we have a few tips which we hope might help.

Try typing the name of the product you want into the search box at the top right of the screen.  It works by looking for a match between what you wrote and what exists on the product database.  If you type in knife you will get a vast selection of knives, whereas if you type in boning knife you will only get boning knives. This also works if you want to search by brand, for example if you want to look at products by Global then simply type Global into the search box and it will show you the entire Global product range.

Whilst we have some 4000 products on the site there will be times when we do not have what you want, in which case please feel free to Email us and ask us if we can get it for you.  We are passionate about cookware so always keen to help.  Our team also has a huge font of knowledge so feel free to ring us on 0845 3131490 which is charged at the national rate and we will do everything to assist you.
