Order Tracking

Once you have placed your order you will receive an Email confirming that we have received your order and showing a summary of what you have ordered.   If there is anything incorrect, please telephone our customer service team on 0845 3131490 who can assist you.  Within one working day you will then receive a second Email comfirming whether we have the item in stock in which case we will despatch it or stating whether it needs ordering in, in which case it may take up to a week to deliver.  Once your order is packed and ready to go you will receive another Email stating when it is leaving so you know when to expect the courier.
