The range is headed with a stunning carving set consisting of a carving knife with a 20cm blade and a carving fork with 16cm prongs. Next comes the 21cm chefs knife, a sturdy blade ideal for chopping vegetables and makes quick and easy work of larger items like a red cabbage. The Bread knife is also 21cm and features a scalloped blade which is ideal for melba toast. The 19cm Flexible filet is the only blade designed to have a flex allowing it to carve round joints easily.
