The Bagel Knife is made from high quality stainless steel with a coloured non-stick coating for ease of use. Each blade is full tang with shaped cutouts in the tang, representing each of the foods that the knife is intended for. The handles are see-through and colour match the blades, so the cutouts and the colour hint at the use of the knife.
