The grater is made from polished stainless steel and ABS plastic has two interchangeable grating and cutting plates and a reversible leg which also functions as a handle. The grater Full access to the backsides of the plates eases cleaning and heightens the hygiene. The handle and plates are easily separated and do not take up to much space in the dishwasher.
