The delivery charge is calculated after you have finally decided on the products that you wish to purchase.  It is based partly on the total weight of the selected products and their packaging and partly on the cost of the packaging, so size can have an effect. These prices are for next working day MAINLAND UK delivery only. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Scottish Isles will incur a £5 surcharge and please be aware that deliveries to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man may be delayed by customs. Delivery to any other location can be quoted for by telephoning 0845 3131490 between the hours of 9 to 5 GMT.  Any queries you have about where we deliver to should be directed to the Jules Brinton offices on 0845 3131490.  If there are any problems with your delivery, we will notify you immediately and you can view your delivery progress on the website itself.

Please note that every delivery must be signed for so it may be worth choosing a delivery address where this is feasible.

Your purchases should arrive with you between 1 and 3 days from the date we process your order, if the product is in stock, however for out of stock items delivery may take 7 to 10 days.  If there is an unacceptable delay in the delivery process, we can offer you a full refund.

Our products make ideal gifts, and it is very easy to specify a different delivery address and billing address on the order form at the checkout.
