Delivery

The delivery charge is calculated after you have finally decided on the products that you wish to purchase.  It is based partly on the total weight of the selected products and their packaging and partly on the cost of the packaging, so size can have an effect. These prices are for next working day MAINLAND UK delivery only. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Scottish Isles will incur a £5 surcharge and please be aware that deliveries to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man may be delayed by customs. Please note that every delivery must be signed for so it may be worth choosing a delivery address where this is feasible.

Your purchases should arrive with you between 1 and 3 days from the date we process your order, if the product is in stock, however for out of stock items delivery may take 7 to 10 days.  If there is an unacceptable delay in the delivery process, we can offer you a full refund.

Our products make ideal gifts, and it is very easy to specify a different delivery address and billing address on the order form at the checkout.

If you have a complaint of any kind, please don’t hesitate to contact us.  All complaints are dealt with by either the Chairman or Managing Director.  We promise to deal with any complaint within 5 working days and keep you informed at every stage of the resolution process.
